Once verified, we’ll provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or refund.

For verified damaged, defective, or incorrect items, SETLARO will cover the applicable return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you when your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method, typically within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.
